Terms:
It is recommended we hold an intake meeting first to discuss the needs of your child before moving forward with assessment. This can take place online or in-person.
EFT (electronic payments) and an invoice would be sent after our consultation for immediate payment. No further sessions are arranged unless payment for previous consultations are covered. For full assessments, 20% payment is required upfront, and the rest of the 80% is required upon completion of assessment in order to receive the report and discuss the results.
I work as an independent practitioner and I am not affiliated with any Dutch Health Insurance providers. Please check with your health insurance provider to see whether there are any reimbursements available.
